The Paw Print

About

Since the 2017-2018 school year, Parkdale High School’s student-run news publication The Paw Print has been connecting with, informing, engaging, and entertaining the school community.  After nearly a decade without a school newspaper, English teacher Ms. Guevara revamped, rebranded and recreated Parkdale’s news source–formerly known as The Core– into what it is today.

At The Paw Print, we strive to bring awareness, education and some fun to our peers, staff and Riverdale community by providing a wide-range of articles and media from the latest album drops to important issues affecting students’ education directly.

While we are a predominantly online publication, we are proud that in previous years, we have published two print issues that were a big hit in the hallways of our school.  Since our inception, we have expanded our online presence even further through our Instagram (@phspawprint) and Twitter (@phs_pawprint).  Moving forward, we hope to continue to be the go-to source for all things Parkdale, teen life, and more.
