On Feb. 22, President Joe Biden announced his intention to nominate Judge Kentanji Brown Jackson, who currently serves on the U.S. Court of Appeals of the D.C. Circuit. This nomination made history as Judge Brown Jackson if she is confirmed, she will be the first Black woman on the Supreme Court.
